Club & Organization Services (Free)

Need support? The A.S.I. Student Service Center is here to support your photocopy, laptop, banner, helium needs. The only catch is that you have to be recognized by the Center for Student Involvement (“CSI”) located in U-SU 204. We also provide a courteous phone call to advise you to pick up your funding checks (Clubs & Organization Funding).

The A.S.I. Student Service Center helps you facilitate your organizations meetings and events by providing:

  • 100 free black & white copies
  • FREE three (3) day laptop rental (great for taking minutes - laptop restrictions apply)
  • 6ft of banner paper (white) for event advertising and recruiting (2 per quarter)
  • FREE 15-minute helium access to make your events festive (does not supply balloons or string)

Let us help you brighten up your events and professionalize your meetings.

For those clubs and organizations who are involved in the University Council of Clubs and Organizations (U.C.C.O.) they will be eligible to receive extra benefits.
