Homecoming Planning Ad-Hoc Committee
Monday, October 27 from 4 to 6 pm
Soriano Board Room, 3rd Floor, Golden Eagle

Please join us for our first official Homecoming Planning Ad-hoc Committee meeting. We're excited to come together once more with our programming partners and oft collaborators. This year has the potential to be our best yet, and we want to invite you to the table. If you are receiving this invitation, it is because you have been identified as an integral part of student life initiatives and the development of exciting new programs for the students of Cal State L.A.

Consider being a part of this planning committee as we begin to explore possible Homecoming themes and review a probable Homecoming Week Skeleton Draft (included below). This year, we look forward to incorporating as many student and staff voices as we build out the best Homecoming to date. So, feel free to spread the word to student org members, student assistants, and others on campus you feel could contribute.

If you wish to attend, please RSVP directly to asivpa@calstatela at your earliest convenience to ensure that you are allotted seating in the board room. If, in the meantime, you have any questions or need any further clarification, please reach out to me via email or by calling my direct line. Again, we appreciate your consideration and look forward to working with each of you. The official committee agenda will be posted online by Wednesday, October 22nd.
